Bio-remodelling injections (such as Profhilo®) represent a significant advance in skin rejuvenation. Unlike traditional dermal fillers that add volume, bio-remodelling injections work by stimulating your skin's own collagen and elastin production — remodelling from within.
What Makes Them Different?
Bio-remodelling products contain a very high concentration of pure hyaluronic acid (HA) — typically 64 mg, much higher than standard fillers. When injected, this HA spreads through the skin tissue and acts as a biological stimulator, triggering the production of four key skin proteins: collagen I, collagen III, collagen IV, and elastin.
The result isn't added volume — it's improved skin quality: firmer, more hydrated, and more elastic skin.

The Treatment Protocol
The standard protocol is two treatments, spaced four weeks apart. Each treatment involves 5 injection points on each side of the face (the BAP technique — Bio Aesthetic Points). Results continue to improve for 2–3 months after the second session, with maintenance treatments recommended every 6–12 months.
